GENERAL PARTNER CO-INVESTMENT DEALS

Over the past five years, ANDA Realty Capital has invested in over 3,000,000 square feet of Class-A office buildings in Los Angeles and New York through ANDA’s GP co-investment fund (buildings’ details not referenced herein). ANDA invests alongside seasoned operators/developers and allows these operators a quick and constructive way to satisfy their firm’s co-investment requirements with their institutional LP investors. ANDA is selective in the choice of operators and is seeking best-in-class firms with a deep and nuanced level of experience in their submarkets. ANDA offers very competitive GP co-investment terms and looks to invest between 25% to 75% of an operator’s total co-investment, depending on the preferences of the operator/sponsor.
